Engineered Roughness
Anti-block masterbatch is migratory. It works when engineered-size filler particles rise to the top to create a roughened surface that can be easily separated.
Small particle size range
A small particle size range means that filler are more uniform in size. As a result, die pressure is lower, more constant, and less prone to clogging the die hole.
